Townsville Grammar School is a school where young people, irrespective of their innate abilities, can achieve their personal best.
The School motto Bonus Intra Melior Exi - to "come in good and go out better" is a guiding philosophy in our approach to the academic, sporting, cultural and character development of all young Grammarians who pass through the School.
The School enjoys a remarkable culture of achievement and this is reflected in its well deserved pre-eminent status as an educational institution in North Queensland.
At Pulteney, we are justifiably proud of our history and traditions whilst also providing a dynamic, vibrant and contemporary co-educational experience for all of our students.
This year marks an exciting and significant 20-year milestone for Pulteney as a co-educational school. In 2019 we are celebrating the incredible advantages that co-education offers our girls and boys as they grow to become young women and men.
We are also a city school that makes the most of every opportunity to leverage all that our wonderful City of Adelaide provides. We put students at the heart of what we do. Our location enables us to inspire a passion for learning through our unique community values, partnerships and the broader cultural offerings that Adelaide provides. As such, our Learning and Performance Culture focuses on three key areas: Students, Learning and Community.
Guardian Angels’ is a Catholic, Systemic, Parish Primary School located in the suburb of Wynnum in Brisbane. The school is operated under the direction of the Brisbane Catholic Education Centre and is seen as an integral part of the Guardian Angels’ Community.
The school is well located which allows many opportunities for the children to take in the history, the local area and also boasts a panoramic view of Moreton Bay. Buses and trains are in close proximity to the school. Families are attracted to the school for its ability to provide example and living out of Gospel Values and aspiring to excellence in educational standards and opportunities. The motto of the school is “To Achieve Life” and through this we encourage the children to use their God-given gifts and talents in service of others.
The school offers a wide range of opportunities for students at many levels of development. The children are appreciated as individuals, each with enormous potential. However each child is also a social being living within a community. As we are a Catholic School, the children are immersed in the Catholic faith and culture, and through the leadership of our parish priest and parish community (staff, parents and volunteers), the children are led to live the Gospel Message and take it forth into the wider community.
Curriculum is progressive yet grounded in the basics, aiming to prepare the children well for a wide range of future needs. We take seriously our commitment to providing an holistic curriculum which addresses the intellectual, spiritual, physical, social, emotional and artistic development of our students. Outcome Based Education is an integral part of all aspects of the curriculum. Japanese is taught in Years 5 & 6. The school Resource Centre is a focal point of the school.
Guardian Angels’ celebrated the opening of its pre-school in February 2003 and its second campus in 2004. An extensive building and refurbishment program continues to change the landscape at Guardian Angels’.
School Vision & Mission

In achieving this Vision we will experience:
Relationships which are inclusive, mutually respectful and based on trust
Learning which is dynamic, interactive and purposeful and
A culture which is hope-filled, courageous and caring through organisational structures which are efficient, helpful and which enable participants to achieve their purposes.
At Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Primary School (OLQP) we believe that the future is in our hands.
… the plans I have for you, says the Lord, to give you a future with hope …
We aim to provide for those in our community an optimal learning environment that through its innovation, creativity and expression welcomes and inspires all.
Following the tradition of our founding Sisters of Mercy Order, we strive to live by, and learn from the values of their founder, Catherine McCauley. These values of mercy, human dignity, justice, service and consideration for the poor permeate our school community and help us to deepen our relationship with Jesus.
Our vision is to:
Engage members of our school community through the provision of authentic, meaningful relevant learning experiences
Empower each individual with the knowledge, skills & values to fulfill their individual potential so they may
Evolve as life-long learners who will strive to make a difference and actively and justly contribute to their world
It is a privilege to be a part of such a warm and inviting community as OLQP and I encourage you to take some time to see what a special place this is.
At Ruyton we foster the individuality of each girl in a caring and safe environment, nurturing her intellectual, physical, social and emotional qualities essential to flourish.
Powerful learning is central to the Ruyton culture, building on our strong academic reputation. We focus on advancing the learning of every girl through the engagement of intellectual curiosity, building knowledge and skills about how to learn and supporting them to achieve their personal best and be exemplary citizens. We believe in real world learning beyond the classroom, collaborating with the wider community to promote growth, discovery and sustainability.
We empower our girls to lead lives of purpose with courage, character and compassion. Through the development of values and action-focused learning they are inspired to pursue equity and justice for self and others. By embracing diversity and raising their voices our girls effect positive change and make a difference.
Our Early Learning Centre, Junior School and Senior School are situated on one campus, emphasising our strength as a connected learning community and enabling many opportunities for collaboration, mentoring and role modelling. The size of Ruyton enables us to know our girls individually and support them in achieving personal best. Our strong connection with Trinity Grammar School provides unique educational opportunities for students across the two schools, particularly through our Year 11 and 12 Co-ordinate Programme.
There is no better way to understand the spirit of Ruyton than to visit us on one of our Open Mornings, one of our School Snapshot sessions, or attend a Principal’s Conversation to experience Ruyton for yourself.
