Lang Lang Primary School is located within the rural township of Lang Lang which is situated just off the South Gippsland Highway some 55kms south-west of the commercial centre of Dandenong and approximately 85kms from the Melbourne CBD within the Shire of Cardinia.

Our school was opened in 1888 and has effectively served the education needs of the local surrounding community during these years. Current enrolments reflect a relative stability in this rural community. Over the next charter period it is expected that enrolments will remain relatively stable with a continued small increase. Student mobility had increased somewhat in recent years
