Beds were very comfortable, all linen and the home were immaculately clean. Well appointed and spacious it well suited our group of 9 people. Location was great with plenty of on street parking,in addition to the in garage spaces x 2. Many choices for local and city dining ( including takeaway) Wi-fi is free you will need to look for password on bottom of modem. Hosts were very helpful pre and during our stay.

My wife and I made a booking for 2 night at Halen’s house from July 31st till August 2nd to attend a funeral on the 1st of August. It was very hard to find the location of Halen’s house, we drove twice around the block and had to park the car very far on a side road and walk with the luggage on the footpath till we arrive there. No one was home, I had to call the owner who requested me to fax a photo of my licence to identify me, not so easy to do when you are standing in front of a door and under the rain, I took a photo of my Licence and sent it by SMS to his mobile I received a 5-digit code to use to open the front door, My wife and I tried maybe 12 times but could not opened the door, we called the owner several time between trying, he told us to key the Code Quickly and try again ,eventually after many attempt we managed to open the door, we got very worried because at night it will be more difficult and maybe we will not be able to open this door in the dark, also we noted that the bathroom and shower are upstairs only one single toilet downstair, this we were not advised. So, we decided not to check in and to look a better place to stay. This was a very stressful experience, the service from the owner was very poor, unable to help, no one home to talk too, when I advise him that I was not going to stay these he rudely told me, suite your self you are not going to get your money back. I am writing this email to make you aware for other people who may get the same treatment we got. Could I get my refund please? Great location close to Melbourne, and to the Geelong side of Melbourne. We were blown away by the gardens and rose garden area at the Werribee Mansion, very close to Point Cook. loved driving around the Great Ocean Road and seeing the sites on this side of the Bay.

I was visiting family there. However, there are several points of interest in Pt Cook to explore. The Werribee Mansion is an iconic building, in a beautiful green setting, and is open for meals. Worth seeing. Sanctuary Lakes has a man-made canal and a beautiful restaurant with waterfront views. The Werribee Zoo is close by and offers bus trips around the facility to see giraffes, elephants etc in natural surroundings. Very well presented. The Werribee railway station is close by and can take you into the city proper to explore Melbourne further. There are several shopping malls offering Kmart, Target, Big W, Myer and several movie theatres as well. Port Phillip Bay is nearby. Altona Beach has sand, surf and a jetty.

Worst ever resort ! They charged 150 bucks extra Per night compared to others. Overpriced food. Room heater was not working, they didn’t have extra blankets in the room. When we asked for it they didn’t respond for an hour and then gave it from someone’s room with stains on it. I didn’t complain even after that, and then while checking out they asked for 35 bucks extra Per night for opening the convertible sofa bases on that we asked for extra sheet. They didn’t tell us until the last minute they there’s charge for opening the sofa. And acted like doing us a big favour by waving the charge. I would not recommend this resort at all. Very poor quality, services and food.

Beautiful its very luxurious but very disappointed with the expensive 300 bond and then having to wait for it to be released 5 to 7 days no wonder was peaceful and not many guests would do much better if they dropped the 300 bond deposit it completely put me off staying there again l just hope l get my 300 back!

Location was okay. The price was too cheap! The owner could have charged $90 per night at least. The competition was charging $108 per night and only had one room with an en-suite' AIR B&B is no the real competition for this property other motels or hotels are the competition. When looking on Booking.com for bookings the only other house that is the competition is the two Apple House properties which charge $108 for en-suite rooms.

The property has plenty of rooms and space. You will never find a stay with this much of bathrooms. The villa is very close to a small square in the area where all stores and coffee shops are just a minute drive. The city was 15-20 min away. The location is more than perfect for people seeking to have this home as a hub for road trips in Victoria and the city.

Me and my partner enjoyed going for a swim in the pool on the hot days, using the spa bath, the room when we first got there was great, neat and clean, Had a nice view of a gazebo, location was great being central to everything including the Werribee Zoo and the shops, restaurants and the beautiful estate of Sanctuary Lakes in Point Cook.

house is large modern and sophisticated. it has everything you need. owner is always available for queries and flexible with early or late checkout. great location in a brand new estate of point cook with walking tracks and has a brilliant kids play park close. local shops are a short drive including point cook town centre.

Mark and Joyce were a great host! and was very accommodating. The property is absolutely clean and stylish. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. I would definitely recommend, I feel so lucky to have found this place (Sanctuary Lake) in the beautiful town of Point Cook .

Soiled bed cover, rubbish from the last booking. No room for our rubbish. Communicated with the property manager & didn’t even address my concerns. Sent pictures & still nothing. $890 for 3 nights in Point Cook & a regular user of booking.com and this was the most disappointing property ever.
